Prepare for your relationship to be tested in a way that many don't survive. Prepare for the most intense sleep deprivation. Prepare for stupid rage. Get ready to cry. And unbridled joy of course. Get ready to wake up at 2am to figure out how you think about death and how to explain it to the person you least want to explain it to. From the moment the first one is born you will lose all control and you will only ever be as happy as your saddest child from that moment. On the worst days say to yourself "this is going to get easier" because that is also true.
