Two updates for today:
1) The Dept. of Health has issued restrictions on some trans youth medical care in Ohio (surgery). The governor has also indicated he intends to restrict some adult care and create additional barriers for other youth care.
2) Added Guam to the guide (under US, abbreviation GU). Guam seems reasonably accepting thanks to indigenous history there.
