We happen to know that this is Satoshi's wallet ID only because this is the very first wallet ID ever created.
Many, many Bitcoin wallets don't have any sort of identification associated with them and are not on any exchange.
And there are plenty of other cryptocurrencies designed for privacy and obscurity, like Monero.
Cryptocurrencies were designed as a currency free of government interference!
