Because when people claim X tranny doesn't pass, they are usually implying that passing is some sort of good quality or something that trannies should strive to do. They are shaming the tranny for not looking indistinguishable from people of the opposite sex. These sort of arguments feed transsexual ideology.

What if he did pass? Would it make him some sort of better tranny? In what sense? If he was able to pass and fool people than that would be one more negative thing about him.

Most trannies where I live are homosexual men and one of the characteristics of homosexual transsexuals is that they put more effort into passing. Most still do not pass but I have seen a few transsexuals in person whom I didn't clock as trans, I knew they were trans because they disclosured this info later. Usually they were people who started hormone therapy very early on, in their pre teen years and some got an extensive list of cosmetic procedures. These did pass and there are women with a higher presence of masculine features than they did. This doesn't change anything about their sex, its just about their looks. Radfems are being stupid and irrational by claiming no transsexuals whatsover is able to visually pass and giving importance to the looks of trannies
