How it works where I live is -
1)people protest some horrible shit perpetrated by a corporation
2) the corp gets a court injunction to stop the protests
3) so then when people continue to protest, the charge is now contempt of court and not the original reason for the protest which cannot be used in defence of their actions.
Is this how it works everywhere?.
