The problem for those trying to get Biden to withdraw is that the entire premise since the disastrous debate has been that he is experiencing a serious rapid cognitive decline. It now appears that while he is awkward (he has always been awkward), his cognitive function has not fallen off a cliff. Yet, the "something is really different about him" narrative is what they have been pushing. When he actually demonstrates he's pretty much the same awkward Joe, their entire arguement falls apart.
