At one of the first Aotearoa Tech Union meetings a vote was held and it was such a mess — in a meeting full of paid up IT professionals — that we all had a chuckle that electronic voting is so hard and would be impossible for “normal” people. Vote was unanimous, thankfully!
I like our paper voting system and there is no advantage to be held in converting it to electronic.
