"Package starttls is deprecated"
I get this message every time I start Emacs. What does it mean? I have googled with all my might but I cannot find anything that explains what could replace this package, or why it's deprecated.
Every example configuration for using Emacs to send via SMTP presumes the use of this package, regardless of the mail client.
What am I getting wrong?
