Public Service Announcement: I went to school in three countries and I can attest that one of the easier ways to go "somewhere else" is on an education visa.
Tuition and cost of living may be wildly less expensive in some other locations.
Some language schools will have shorter sessions & more enrollment periods than standard higher ed, if you want to enroll on shorter notice. Plus language skills help adapt to a new home.
