Depends on the type of startup... What are the main cashflow requirements? Do you need fiat cash to pay people? Or are you working on a BTC standard already?
I am working on a new business opportunity right now that will request payment for services in BTC first and foremost
In this case BTC as the treasury is the default position, and there is no need to exchange fiat for BTC
If I was a fiat standard startup I would be tempted to allocate a portion of the treasury. Though I would imagine large push-back
