Yeah while Logseq seems to have issues with the development and if I have to make a guess, I'd say that since Logseq started as a personal project and later a team of devs was introduced to the codebase, maybe they are not enough comfortable with it.
It's a good practice in software development to introduces other people as soon as possible to keep the codebase clean and understandable.
In SiYuan instead they are literally two people developing it for three years.
