On August 5, Pierson and Debrow reported that none of their clients were interested in offers of immunity.
On October 3, Willis filed a motion to disqualify Pierson and Debrow in their simultaneous representation of the above 11 persons.
November 30: The court ruled that Pierson and Dubrow could represent Shafer or the other ten electors, but not both.
They agreed that Pierson would represent Shafer and Debrow would represent the others.
So they split up.
