Holly A. Pierson and Kimberly Bourroughs Debrow were retained to simultaneously represent 11 people who signed false certifications. Basically, the fake electors.
Apparently some of these electors would receive offers of immunity. The Court did not order the DA to reveal which electors could potentially receive immunity from prosecution.
Instead, the Court instructed Pierson and Debrow to extend a blanket offer of immunity to each to gauge each elector’s interest.
