#Microsoft #Recall and #CoPilot are the two main reasons I ditched #Windows for #Linux this week.

It has nothing to do with #AI. I use #AI/ #LLMs every day. I have a local copy of #LMStudio and #Ollama installed and I use both on a regular basis.

I just don't want any AI tied into my operating system. And frankly, I don't trust Microsoft one bit. (Pun intended.)

Recall is still a #privacy and #security nightmare. Microsoft can try to polish the turd as much as they like but it's still a piece of shit.

This will be abused. By Microsoft. By hackers and scammers. By Law Enforcement. And by Intelligent Services.
