Finally arch is behaving as expected again. This upgrade gave me lots of issues. I had to manually edit /etc/pacman.conf, even though I never touched it. I also had to uninstall everything depending on electron and dotnet, since a chicken and egg dependency loop.
Now the install is running, will be interesting to see if it also boots after.
