Imagine hating someone so much that you would sabotage your own life and community so that you can blame them for your failure? I have known people like this. People daring you to punish them so that they can point at it and say "See the world is against me, its not worth doing anything." These people usually get shaken out by the end of middle school. You know the guy, the one that is given the chance to redo his homework that he "forgot" by a good teacher and who refuses to take that opportunity. Some of these folks are in our government.
