Framed #814 (I haven't seen it but saw the posters. Usual Saturday that went in a kind of bad back automatic segue from morning to night. It wasn't that bad and improved matters but I woke up inflamed. Moral of the story is do more physical exercise and get out more. I didn't watch anything because I didn't get home until mid evening and I was more interested in eating. I'm going to ditch processed* breads again because that seems to help.)

* Processed is a very difficult word to define in the context of food because even sourdough bread from stone ground wholemeal flour is a process. By processed in this context I tend to mean bread with added emulsifiers and fats to make it lighter and fluffier. At a minimum it is less nutritionally dense than less processed bread because it has more ingredients that do not directly contribute to nutrition. The amount of bubbles is debatable because it's quite feasible to make 3 or 4 ingredient bread with big bubbles, although more difficult to make it uniformly light without emulsifiers or consistent without controlling flour components parts.
