I have an obligation under the law in my state to argue in favor of a client who has broken a law or violated a law, etc., on the grounds that it's unjust if I do so in good faith. In other words, it is isn't sanctionable conduct to make an argument in favor of a client who can be proven to have violated a law if a change in law is appropriate or that the law shouldn't be applied in this particular instance. I would never make a permanent record on NOSTR of my willingness to break any law, tho'.
