Recently pointed out to my boss that I’m effectively being paid 25-30% less than I was when I started building the systems his growing business runs on 4 years ago. I think I’m the only person working here that understands that. He rewarded me with a whopping 2.9%. It’s a fucking insult. All while I see him making massive capital purchases. I either need a lobotomy or to build something of my own. It’s in the works. (Not the lobotomy lol)
