At the AI Engineer World's Fair, the founders of LangChain and LlamaIndex talked about the evolution from RAG-based LLM systems to AI agents. Notable for LangChain CEO Harrison Chase's subtle diss of last year's overly-hyped product, AutoGPT (which I really disliked at the time). I still don't know if agents will work, but at least these 2 products are more realistic and less hubristic. #AI
