This is the flower of a carnovorous plant known as 'Drosera capensis' or Cape Sundew. They are a moisture loving plant that is possible to grow indoors under a grow light. Use distilled water or collected rainwater for them since they will not thrive on tap water.
The benefit of keeping these plants indoors is that they will trap and eat the little fungus gnats that are always flying around the seedlings that I start for the garden.
