Rep told me how the router wasn't dialling out while I was watching it dialling out, establishing connection only to get dropped after a few seconds. I told her and she told me how I was wrong and how they need to send a new router. On my second call I went straight to tech support and the dude actually understood the language, changed the port, problem solved. 🤦♂️
