"Long Form Notes" are different, and many clients will not even show them. I think it is best to post a short note with the subject and a link to the long form content, but link to a client that will display it. Also, good clients will 'render' markdown so you can ensure your article will look right in any 'good client'.

Anyone can just copy paste the naddr part to the client they want to use if their client is worth using.
In my opinion, long form clients should render comments on the long form posts but they don't. Coracle does this. njump does not. Hats off to hodlbod for a good client.
