In Toronto for instance, it's once filled with Cha Chaan Teng & siew chow in the neighbourhoods that have a lot of Chinese immigrants. Now, many have been replaced by mainland fares & Cantonese isn't as widely spoken and has been eclipsed by Mandarin. Growing # of signs are also now in simplified Chinese as well.
