But I've seen bands sell them as well at merch tables as they are cheaper than vinyl and come with the digital download code. So you have the media plus you can download the high res audio as well.

I think there's a pretty healthy scene tbh. I routinely grab new cassettes from bandcamp for example.

With gen z I've seen more interest as well because it's cheaper and not a phone.

Millennials imho tend to be the most skeptical, gen x feels the nostalgic, and well boomers goin boomer.
