Re: my most recent reply in my #NewYearsResolution2024 thread about avoiding sweets and weight loss: I'm legit curious about the physiology I'm dealing with. If my main goal is to lose belly fat, and I'm NOT doing a ton of weight lifting (more cardio), I *should* be able to measure my progress with some weight loss, right?
I've heard the whole "muscle is denser than fat, so you might get slimmer but not lose weight" thing...but what if I'm not adding a bunch of muscle?
