literally every country charges import/export taxes. It's not like every country is taxing the US, exclusively. Did have ever have to deal with certificates of origin and export forms only to deal with import forms on the other end.
Fun... not really. But the whole, everyone is ripping off the USA bullshit is laughable. If you don't want to import foreign goods, don't and then see how that goes.
