It's a journey, man. But it sounds like you've headed down the better path. Just stay on it, and you'll reach your goal. I won't pretend to know how challenging it is for you. I birthed four babies, and I gained too much weight with each one, so I've had to lose, like 30 - 50 lbs after them every time. I guess TECHNICALLY you could say I've lost about 150 lbs, but it's not the same. Still, I do understand the self-control involved. It's not easy. You're kicking butt!
