My wife is too unwell to work, but not eligible for DSP because Centrelink thinks that she's well enough to use what little energy she has applying for jobs that she'll never get (because she has an autoimmune disease that makes her too unwell to work.)

We arranged authorisation for me to make enquiries on her account and fix things like *this* that she doesn't have the energy for.

Which means we've been skipping the "add voiceprint" functionality, because both of us call.

I called 136 150 again this morning. It's now *insisting* that we need to add a voiceprint.

So the system is even more Kafkaesque, with an added layer of cruelty, that forces someone who's unwell to spend what energy they have repeatedly calling and jumping through hoops on the phone tree until it tells you there's no-one to talk to and hangs up on you.
