There are very real and legitimate reasons to be concerned about generative AI, but this article never even goes into that. It just paints the upset parties as idiot over-reactionaries and goes hard with the "won't someone PLEASE think of the (AI) children?" tone.
A better, more-curious article would go a step further and ask WHY people were getting upset, the but the author never bothers.
