We're currently waiting for Alby to return a 200 response from their batch payment API before throwing confetti. The more splits, the longer it takes for Alby to complete all the transactions.
We *could* just throw the confetti right away and pretend like it was a success prematurely, but we also render error messages on the boost screen, and if the listener navigates away they won't see them.
