#bitcoin isn’t just a measure of the profligacy of government spending or the incompetence of central banks. If both of those problems were fixed Bitcoin would still go up in value…
Why? How?
It’s better money and thus it will compete and win, even without terrible competition. Or rather it’s a better ledger technology. This isn’t to say bitcoin is “finished” or “complete.” We need more ways of using bitcoin with less data taken up on chain. But these are solvable problems, if challenging.
