This has just been my experience but therapists have been absolutely terrible at understanding or relating to my online life. Its something that is made difficult by generational and cultural gaps ON TOP of all the stuff about therapy.
"I am in 15+ Slack groups..." *eyes glaze over, preparing to ask have you ever tried just not being in 15+ slack groups?*
"I am involved in two political organizations across two countries" *have you tried simply not being involved??* is the vibes I get.
