I don't get this. I use OTC cortisone products and have never had a problem. Women on Stop the Thyroid Madness suggested their use INSTEAD of taking oral or injected cortisone for joint issues. She was also given miconazole, which is an antifungal. ?????
And what was the "spot on her neck"? She seemed to be having a serious allergic reaction to something. I had a steroid shot after being stung multiple times by ground hornets and it worked wonders. This poor woman has something seriously wrong underlying her symptoms and she was unfortunately treated by a lazy-ass, drooling idiot.
