On International Women's Day, it occurs to me that I am working on an all-women team with a female boss, and I am not penalized for excellence, I receive constant appreciation and validation, no one talks over me or takes credit for my work, I don't need to make myself smaller to protect someone's feelings, and if I notice a problem and I call it out, I am heard and not punished for it.
It is truly glorious and I want this for ALL OF US.*
*All genders, all identities, not just women.
