Due to being reminded that some people may be tempted to just add this relay to their list without thinking about it in which case it will make no difference whatsoever for them but will add costs to others I'm changing it to only work if it's your only "read" relay for now. Let me know if you have a use case that requires something different than this (I'm sure there will be in the future and I'm glad to change it).
