IPFS doesn't work. If it worked we would not need Nostr or relays. We could simply sign notes, publish to IPFS, then publish an updated index of our notes categorized by kind or something like that, then update our IPNS to point to the updated index. People who follow us could just fetch our IPNS record and get our index and download our posts.
