Aight. Have a moment to put out a challenge to plebs that are able to see this note during the great notification Armageddon of 2023.
1. Find a technologically challenged elder that happens to carry a smartphone (grandparent, close family friend, etc.). ⚡️Extra points if they travel often⚡️
2. If they don’t already…teach them how to keep an updated and accurate list of medications (& any supplements) they take on said smart phone, or that they know how to access such a list through their healthcare portal.
(There are countless ways to keep/update such a list and depends on their privacy preference…as a rule older folks typically DGAF but it’s important that this is verified)
3. Sleep well knowing that your small contribution has the potential to make a big difference in the lives of others. 🤙
