For two years, one of our Apple TVs has insisted that the correct time is 19 and a half minutes into the future. Apple TVs don't have any way for you to manually set the time and date; no settings or pref would change its insistence that it lived in the future.
I even did a network packet capture at boot, saw the NTP packets that showed the correct time, and… watched it happily continue to insist it was in the future.
Got around to resetting it tonight, and that seems to have fixed it. WTF?
