In the fiat standard by
saifedean (npub1gdu…6nak) he makes solid points about how the food industry pulled a bait and switch from a meat diet to a grain/plant based diet. However someone will have to give me more insight into how/why they believe farm raised cattle full of antibiotics and other disease is “healthy”. If I raised my own cattle and could verify it’s health I’d feel better about the nutritional value eating cattle provides.
