Got a QS165 motor with a FarDriver ND72450 controller for the electric (former) lawn mower conversion. Should be able to do 5kW at peak.
Seems to fit really well, almost perfectly - wish I could say that I planned that! Should have just enough room to squeeze batteries on top and in front of the motor.
Using a pedal for the throttle. Works well!
Need to order a pulley to fit the motor shaft now that I've measured it (20mm with 5mm keyway, and about 20mm of keyed shaft).
