They’ve become a serious pain in my neck (and gut) since becoming reactive to even small amounts of alpha-gal.
For example, finding a whole, raw turkey I can safely eat is now maddeningly difficult since most come brined in “natural flavors”, which my body tells me contain some sort of mammal product.
