yes, I thought so too. A velocity will be key. Maybe it would centralise in the hands of the few who actively post. But this would encourage less active users to engage themselves and earn sats. Velocity could be even higher.
If you want a glimps of send upvotes to vote you could check stacker.news. They already implanted a form of zaps and redistribute a part of the sats to active users. Interesting concept nostr devs should look into.
