My surfing has been mostly just staring at the rough water lately. Every time I try to get out there, grab a wave, and ride, I fall.
The sea is just too choppy.
Getting on the board feels pointless.
But giving up?
Tossing the board on a bonfire of pique and taking up something else? Maybe crochet?
No. I may not be able to surf right now, but that doesn't mean I will never surf again.
