Heavy bag work, 20 rounds of 30 seconds, half a minute of jogging between sets
Weapons practice, 10 minutes continuous practice
Focused more on technique this morning than just exhausting myself. Every now and then you have to go "all out," but if you do that too often you can get some bad habits like letting your hand droop down, jutting your head forward, etc.
