The better BrightDrop packages are close but at the time it would have been close to US$100k for the long range battery and AWD (after taxes, before rebates). That's more than 3x my 2020 ICE van.
That said, I hope you're right that the overall price could drop. I'd love and EV and I'd accept some inconvenience to ditch ICE.
