When it comes to health, I really wish more people believed that they can help themselves.
So many people have tried these bullshit fiat diets without success and genuinely believe that it isn’t in their power to help their weight and improve their health.
Makes me sad. America gets a bad wrap for this, but obesity and chronic disease rates are climbing all across the developed world.
