Bought a dishwasher. Spent the minimum to get free shipping and appliance removal. I get confirmation. The confirmation says delivery and haul away. Dishwasher comes today, and no, they won't take the old one. I spent a half hour on the phone. They are coming to get the old one in a week. Appliance delivery never goes right for me.
