Add the cornstarch and stir until dissolved, add the condensed milk and grated coconut.\nTurn the heat to medium low and cook until very creamy. Transfer to a greased pan, place in the freezer for 2 hours and remove from the mold.\n\nMake the chocolate ganache and place it on top of the cream.
