I was just told this funny design fail story by train driver Stefan on Youtube.
The newly renovated train station in Delft is built in a tunnel, with four tracks each in their own separate tube. Going fast in a single-track tunnel creates a lot of overpressure, and trains have now been ordered to slow down to 120 km/h before entering the tunnel to reduce it.
It turns out that immediately after opening the tunnel, the sudden gust of wind was pushing on the revolving doors at the entrance to the station upstairs. This made them spin faster, and people were struggling to get through the doors.
